I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The onsen was incredible, especially the outdoor infinity bath with stunning mountain views. The rooms were clean and spacious, but a bit dated. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short due to poor service and average food quality. Although the location is lovely, it's a bit far from the city center and public transport options weren't clearly communicated.
